Between stays, scheduled cleaning keeps dust, humidity and salt air from settling in. This is a cleaning service — we do not provide property management, home watch or security services, but we are happy to coordinate with the providers you already use.

Do you provide home watch or property management?
No. We provide cleaning and arrival preparation only. We are happy to coordinate with your property manager or home-watch provider.
How far ahead should I book arrival preparation?
As early as possible, particularly around the busiest times of the Miami Beach season. Share your dates when you inquire.
Can you work with my building while I am away?
Yes. With your authorisation, we coordinate access with your building concierge or management.
